General provisions
These Regulations specify the conditions under which you can book and rent accommodation in a selected cottage. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations. The contract between the Customer and the Landlord is concluded at the time of making the reservation online, via e-mail or by phone.
Reservation
- In order to make a reservation, the Customer reserves a stay for the selected period. Confirmation of the preliminary reservation of the cottage will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. If there is no confirmation of the deposit payment within the deadline specified in the booking confirmation, the Landlord retains the right to cancel the booking.
- The booking confirmation sent by the Landlord includes:
- a) date of the Customer’s stay
- b) the amount due for the rental fee
- c) information regarding the amount of the deposit
- d) bank account details
- e) general booking conditions
- After receiving the deposit for the reservation, the customer will receive an e-mail confirming the payment. On the day of arrival, the customer will receive an entry code.
- In the case of a flexible offer, the reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. In such a case, the prepayment will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled after this date or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the property will charge the full amount. To guarantee your reservation we require 30% at the time of booking, the remaining amount of the reservation must be paid 5 days before arrival. In the case of stays planned on special dates (holidays, summer holidays, long weekends, New Year’s Eve), the reservation may be canceled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
A non-refundable offer addressed to people who are determined not to be able to do so without any costly cancellation or modification, but with a lower price guarantee. A reservation fee of 100% of the reservation value is required.
Terms of the lease agreement
- Renting a cottage includes all utilities, disposable items included in the cottage’s equipment, and general services available to guests of the facility.
- The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Early availability of the house on the day of arrival depends on the current occupancy of the facility and is considered individually by the Landlord each time. Regardless of the good will of the Landlord, it does not guarantee early check-in on the day of arrival in advance.
- The extension of the hotel day depends on the current occupancy of the facility and is considered individually by the Landlord each time. Regardless of the good will of the Landlord, it does not guarantee the extension of the hotel day on the day of departure in advance.
- The Landlord provides services in the selected House in accordance with its category and standard. In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report to the landlord by phone.
- The Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Landlord of any events that may expose the owner of the premises to material damage or endanger the safety of other guests staying on the premises.
- The client may use the house only for residential purposes and may not sublet it further.
- A child under three years of age, sleeping in a bed with adults or in his or her own bed and not requiring bedding, does not incur any fees for the stay. Other children are billed according to the booking conditions.
- In Kościelisko there is a tourist tax of PLN 2.00 per person for each night of stay, which is not included in the price of the stay.
- As part of the reservation in selected cottages, the customer is entitled to a free parking space on the premises. The Manager is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest left in front of the building or in an unguarded parking lot.
- Customer’s obligations
- The maximum number of people for each cottage is 10 people in total
- The client is obliged to notify the accommodation of another person if he previously registered a smaller number of people.
- The client undertakes to comply with the principles of good neighborliness. There is a night silence on the premises from 22:00 to 06:00. Failure to observe the night curfew will result in the necessity to leave the facility immediately without a refund of the amount paid.
- The client and his guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the rented house, public areas and the premises of the Facility, and to immediately notify the Landlord of any damage and undertake to cover it.
- The client has an absolute obligation to comply with fire safety regulations on the premises.
- Additional services
- Pets are not allowed.
- A baby cot is free of charge upon prior reservation.
- Losing the keys to the apartment will result in a fee of PLN 200.
- On the day of arrival, the client will receive a code for self check in.
- Modification of the reservation after it has been made is possible only by individual agreement with the landlord. Reservation modifications are approved in the form of an e-mail confirmation.
- If the Guest shortens the stay, we do not refund the costs of unilateral withdrawal from the concluded contract.
Transfer of the client’s rights and obligations to another person
The customer may transfer all rights resulting from the reservation to another person, if at the same time this person assumes all obligations resulting from the reservation. In this situation, the Landlord should be immediately notified of the change of the Booker, providing the personal data of the person who assumes the rights and obligations arising from the contract. The person taking over the reservation is then obliged to confirm this fact via e-mail, modifying the reservation with the necessary personal and payment data.
